Jeff Iverson went from addiction, homelessness, and drug court to building recovery programs that now help hundreds of people every night in Las Vegas.
In this episode of The Visibility Podcast, Lauren Cobello sits down with Jeff Iverson, entrepreneur, recovery leader, and founder of Freedom House, Crossroads, and the Shine a Light Foundation, to discuss addiction, recovery, homelessness, purpose, vulnerability, and what it really takes to create lasting change.
Jeff opens up about his early addiction, growing up in a strict Christian home, hiding his drug use, and eventually becoming dependent on methamphetamine. After years of treatment attempts, homelessness, and repeated rock bottoms, a drug possession arrest led him into the Clark County District Court Drug Court Program, the program he says saved his life.
But Jeff’s story did not stop at getting sober.
